Dannah Burgess is the associate brand manager at Neenah Paper. She supports the planning, management and execution of business and marketing initiatives for Neenah’s consumer division.

In this role, Dannah supports the company’s integrated marketing plans, which includes coordinating with outside agencies to maintain the integrity of Neenah’s consumer brands across all platforms, identifying trends and ensuring competiveness. She also works with cross-functional teams to support the development of new products, consumer testing, packaging and new item introductions.

Most recently, Dannah worked as a product development specialist for Astral Brands, the parent company of several well-known beauty lines such as pürminerals, Aloette and CosMedix. She managed new product innovation and marketing materials from concept to launch for each of the brands, which included pricing evaluation, sourcing and identifying domestic and international supplier partnerships. She also oversaw the product development timelines across 8 internal departments to ensure on-time product delivery.

Dannah began her career with Astral Brands as assistant brand manager for CosMedix where she supported the development of marketing plans and brand strategy, managed affiliate and loyalty programs and oversaw product promotions.

Prior to Astral Brands, Dannah was an event coordinator for Gwinnett Center, an events campus just outside of Atlanta, where she coordinated event support for clients, vendors and internal departments for events as large as 4,000 people.

Dannah holds a BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management from the University of South Carolina and has a MBA from Kennesaw State University.
