Cullen Rodgers is Neenah’s product development specialist, overseeing all aspects of development, sourcing and product conversion from overseas.  His responsibilities include conducting market research, directing the creative process, licensing and costing.

Cullen is a 15-year veteran in the stationary and gift industries who came to Neenah via the Southworth brand acquisition in 2013. He joined Southworth in 2007 as director of business development for the social expressions division where he managed all product development for the brand’s design-oriented lines including the Social Expressions and the Awards & Recognition business. During that time, he launched two new company brands in those product categories, which are now sold in the office superstore and commercial channels.

Prior to joining Southworth, Cullen spent seven years with C.R. Gibson in Nashville where he served as director of marketing and product development. In that role, he oversaw the marketing, product development and licensing for the mass-market division, Markings by C.R. Gibson. He developed new product lines for some of the world’s largest retailers including Target, Wal-Mart, Staples and Sam’s Club. This included extensive collaboration with the company’s sales channels and key accounts to develop new business opportunities.

Cullen graduated with a BA in Economics from Emory University in 1991.
